Construction on both sides of the building is nonstop. It’s loud, constant, and will likely continue for another two years. This is 2025 — new buildings are going up everywhere. Always check what’s planned around a JVC building before you move in. The East wing is far from the main elevators, so residents often end up using the delivery entrance, which smells. If you want easier access, it’s better to choose an apartment closer to the East wing so you can actually use the main lifts. Choose low floors if you can. The higher you live, the higher your parking spot is assigned, and the parking layout is already difficult. It loops around in a tight spiral and isn’t practical, so lower floors make daily parking much easier. The street outside isn’t safe for young children with all the delivery vans and disorganized parking. It is dog friendly, and there are two parks one minute away. Overall, it’s a premium building, but newer ones are coming up right next to it.

Stay away !!! Terribly degrading. 1. No management to handle tenants that disrespect other inhabitants! Especially during the night, drunk people, “Authorized!!! party’s by the management!!!” until early mornings, Dj’s having mix sessions, special cooking sessions at 5 in the morning. Everything normal … 2. Full of dogs barking all day long! Literally all day! 3. Very bad isolation, smells of certain food all over the place especially on your freshly delivered laundry. 4. The gym is totally rotten! a disgusting bacterial pool with half working or totally destroyed machines, i invite you to check the machines when visiting. 5. Rats are biting the Internet cables in the basement but your newly bought rooter is to be blamed 6. Extremely loud Sports cars driving up and down the streets all night long and nobody seems to care 7. Certain people literally burned wood or incense on the midd floor for some “religious” reasons! 8. All the ovens in the entire building have no fireprotection ! 9. Most of the time the elevator are under maintenance without being fixed of course. 10. Every morning, literally every morning the trucks of the supermarket bellow as well as the taxis are blocking the parking exit, and yet help ? Nonexistent! Be careful and good luck
