Disappointed on how they handled our security deposit. They deducted some amount while everything was left perfectly and we handled over to whoever was sent to receive the keys. And now they are neither responding to emails nor messages 😠😠😠

Nous avons réservé cet appartement via le site Airbnb et tout s’est déroulé parfaitement.
L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de la marina, de la plage, et avec un accès facile au métro et aux bus pour les visites et activités.
L’agent immobilier nous a très bien conseillés, professionnel et disponible.
La résidence est sécurisée, avec des caméras de surveillance, des agents de sécurité présents, et une équipe sur place accueillante et bien organisée.
La piscine est idéale pour faire des longueurs et nager, et la salle de sport est spacieuse et bien équipée.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

WARNING !!!! : This place is scam !!!! They use Intercontinental name on the booking.com, however this is a different service apartment only . After i reserved from booking.com and arrived on the security, they told me the landlord supposed send us your passport details, where then we hardly found a contact number which is a russian number ( seems like landlord ) through whatsapp said that our room has water leak so they would refund my money and so there were no room nothing. I have the phone number and whatsapp history. So please avoid this place and never ever book here. I also opened a compliant on booking.com for this place to be banned immediately.
