Project Status Showing CANCELLED in Dubai REST App!!!! As investor I need an explanation for that. I want to make sure that I will not loose my money!!!. Question: In which account my money will be keep? In your company account or in DLD approved ESCROW account!!!. If the project cancelled? will I get my money back!!! Another question. My friend booked a unit in this project and paid the booking fees which is around 7000 USD. Now he's scared to continue his payment plan. I'm wandering if he decide to cancel his booking, would you return the booking fees to him despite that he signed the booking form terms which stating that the booking fees in non-refundable if the client decide to cancel!. but is this case, as per the DLD and RERA law in UAE, he can get his money back since the project status shows CANCELLED in REST. Kindly clarify and advise if your company will refund the money in this case!
