The best community residence in Dubai

Living here is very nice. However, I wish to share a few concerns that need to be addressed. Although I fully appreciate that this is still a new building and work needs to still often be completed, it would be nice if workmen often respected times of day and levels of noise for families and residents(in some cases the constant drilling is unbearable when its lasts for 12 hours in a day). Sun beds is still and issue, especially as the building gets more residents. Maintenance however, has been promptly dealt with in a timely manner. So, in light of this, some aspects are good, but management needs to address the other issues in a better way.

Living in Vincitore Benessere has been disappointing. The building has potential, but the management really brings the experience down. They are unresponsive, slow to address issues, and communication is almost nonexistent. It feels like residents are left to deal with problems on their own. Another ongoing issue is the smell in the corridors it’s noticeable and unpleasant(gas smell), and despite raising it multiple times, nothing has been done to properly fix it. Not to forget that every time we try to point anything out, they only have one word to say: “use anacity” For the price and the location, I expected much better maintenance and overall building quality. I will resume it by saying that living here is very tiring and very very badd.
