Nice hotel
Vida Dubai Mall is a beautiful and modern hotel, very new and extremely close to Dubai Mall with a direct connected walkway, which is very convenient.
The only downside was the bathroom, as it had a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, with a large distance from the floor to get into the bathtub. This could be challenging for elderly guests, people with special needs, or anyone recovering from surgery.
I shared this feedback with the hotel, and I recommend guests check this detail before booking if accessibility is important.

Vida Dubai Mall Hotel is in a prime location, right by the Dubai Mall (China Town section), yet it is surprisingly calm and peaceful hotel. A perfect balance between being central and relaxing.
The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Overall, it’s a great option if you want to be close to the action without sacrificing comfort and tranquillity. A solid choice for both short stays and longer visits in Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, which made the experience very enjoyable.
The Burj Khalifa view was beautiful and made our stay even more special
I would especially like to thank Noor, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She assisted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Her attitude and support made a big difference and reflected excellent customer service.
And Thanks to Thomas for his great service.
I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
This hotel has really nice service and the staff was exceptional. They were always an attentive and friendly. They were also very conversational!
