A well maintained beautiful community by Emaar. They have planned it very well for the residents. From Lake to park. Parking to school. Swimming pool to gym. They offered everything to the residents. A very rare option to find like this community.
Great area to live in Dubai. Quality finishes in the apartments, good views of the lake.
Simple the best building in The Views. Elevator come in seconds /unlike many towers where you wait 5-10mins/, parking is convinient. Building management is excellent. Lots of green and great neighbours. Peace in the middle of the city.
A sad apartment complex, full of air bnb, rented hotel rooms and a office. Its a true example of a beautiful semi gated community going.to trash. Sad to see how a emaar managed family place can go down the drain. Really not fit for family anymore
