Good morning my experience in EMAAR office spring souk and EMAAR community management was not successful because one of the team I had met he was all the time negatively and his way in discussing was sharp until I asked him to be more quiet and respectful!!!! And for my request I submitted for NOC for fixing new door which the old one was damaged of the heavy rain last time and could not close tightly and I provided them all the required documents and photos and called them many times and send them a lot of emails especially after my money detected from my account for the fees even that and now I’m at the 9th day from the beginning of submitting until now they didn’t provide me NOC and the process takes a long time so anyone wants to submit this is my experience and until now the problem still not solved . And I have all the proofs . ALT-32575 this is alternation number
