Es una de las varias urbanizaciones (condominios o como deseen denominar) en este sector de Dubai. He estado en casas (villas) de este y del que está enfrente, Spring 5. En ambos se da el mismo patrón, con casas muy lujosas rodeando los cuerpos de agua y cada vez más modestas hacia la periferia. La forestación es magnífica y la parte que hace al mantenimiento de la misma es esmerado. Sin embargo, no es igual con otros aspectos del mantenimiento comunitario, como la iluminación de los espacios comunes, el control de plagas, los vallados públicos. En el balance, es un buen lugar para vivir en esta megalópolis, con hermosas plantas y espacio recreativo y con buen acceso hacia la ciudad.
