This year service charge(2025) - 25/sq ft -annually- and they are showing as 14 sq ft/year for 7 month ( to confuse the owner ) - reason - to cover the cost of maintenance ( so what happened for 1 year devloper warranty ) second they are charging admin fee AED 1500 for work permit ( apart from deposit ) to issue the work permit for any work in your own aptt . ( this is the first time i have seen in dubai ) best of Luck owners
