Do not blindly trust the overly positive reviews about The Grand at Dubai Creek Harbour. Most of them are written by real estate agents trying to rent or sell units on site.
I have been living in this tower for over three years, and I can confidently say that the reality is very, very far from what is advertised.
• At times, a nauseating smell comes from the air conditioning system, with absolutely no way to fix it. When it happens, it can last for weeks, turning daily life into a nightmare.
• Fire alarms go off extremely often, both day and night. It is unbearable and severely affects quality of life.
• Residents constantly slam their doors when entering or leaving. With 10 units per floor, you can imagine the noise level.
• The building is dog-friendly, which means you hear dogs every single day. Not to mention the unpleasant surprises near the elevators when some owners fail to clean up properly.
• People throw all kinds of trash from their balconies, which most of the time ends up on yours: cigarette butts, nail clippings, tissues, and more.
• Parking entry and exit are frequently chaotic, with cars parked everywhere despite clear prohibitions.
• Pool loungers are insufficient and in very poor condition, far from what you would expect from a premium building.
• The gym is very basic and overcrowded, shared between residents and numerous personal trainers. Completing a workout without losing your temper is a daily challenge.
Now you can’t say you weren’t warned.

I’ve lived in several apartments, and this management company has been the best so far. They keep the building in excellent condition, the amenities are well taken care of, and they truly listen to resident feedback.
Great communication. I always know what's happening with my property. Their financial reports are clear and easy to understand.

Very bad service we rented a penthouse at the 62th floor and the ac dont work and a water problem in the kitchen with bad smell all the time and the alarm every morning
And every month they up the price 5k i don’t know why and i know that’s not allowed and not legal to play with prices and not fix the problems in the house and they don’t return deposit they stole it
