The Fern Heights

I am sharing my experience living in the Fern Hieghts : 1. The building location is excellent ... metro station is walking distance ... 2. We are 1st tenant ... so.. appartment in terms of paint .. joinery.. kitchen cabinets.. FCU ... light fitting ... etc .. are ok.. 3. Gym is a very small room .. furnished with limited equipments.. so you do not expect so much out of the Gym .. 4. There are several defects which has been highlighted to the building landlord .. and yet to be rectified ... 4.a the noise of the surrounding neighborhood is getting into the apartment in full capacity.. means that the glass sliding doors and the Aluminum works .. is not acoustic controlled .. and not sound proof ... average dB inside appartment in upper floors is within 45 dB.. peak can reach over 50 db at 6am due traffic .. cars noise.. and adjacent construction site .. which exceed the normal average level of 35 dB .. and this deficiency is disturbing our sleep 4.b neighbour of upper appartment ... bathroom drainage noise at high level ( above the toilet false ceiling ) .. when the upper appartment neighbour flush his toilet ... all the flushing noise is finding its way to us.. noise reaching up to bedroom through the Air condition return grill... which disturbing our sleep ..this deficiency is mainly due missing accostic lining for the drainage pipes... 4.c fool smell coming from the bathroom .. the fool smell some time is very strong .. and some time is less stronger .. however .. it causes inconvenience ... this deficiency is due to some drainage vent pipe issues.. 5. Swimming pool is ok

Today Date 30 April time is 00:30 This is the second time a building employee has entered my apartment without permission, and I caught them in the act. I called security, and when I asked them who the person was, they first claimed that he worked here three months ago. When I confronted the person in my apartment and asked what he was doing, he and the security guard spoke in their native language. They claimed he didn’t speak English. This is the second time this has happened, and the building management has taken absolutely no action to prevent or address it. This building is by no means secure — especially not for families. Strangers, people you don’t even know, are entering your home at night. In the previous incident, someone entered my apartment in the morning, and the building management claimed that person was a guest of another building employee. Now, they say this new intruder worked here three months ago. After speaking privately in their own language, they suddenly changed the story and claimed he is currently working in the building and that he entered the wrong floor by mistake. If he entered the wrong floor, why did he come inside the apartment? The door clearly has a number on it. He would have realized immediately it wasn’t his place — yet he didn’t leave until I caught him and yelled. I absolutely do not recommend this building. It is not secure, and the management is irresponsible

The fern heights Living is a complete mistake!!! I do not recommend it to anyone Problems never end ! Every month Toilet block , sink block , im pay extra for that always There is a Mouses 🐁 in the house and pest control has not been done for 2 months and they wanna extra money for that Second important issue 3 week before ( Someone broke into my house to STEAL ) ‼️ at morning 8:30 am we wakeup with some sound someone in our home , searching something When i should who’s is this he runway Im run behind him and i catch him We go to security and we check camera’s he is enter my home ! Im asking security who’s is this He is answer Guest Of Our Staff he came for travel from india! Then what he is doing in my home ? What he is doing in building? What he is doing our floors ? They can not answer to me ! They just start begin me please don’t call police etc So in The Fern Heights Nobody cares about anything this building not safety and not respectful No one is help you about anything!!
