Yeah but looks very much like the same design as the previous building that was going to be built on the same plot for Union Properties but got stopped because of COVID and then the plot was sold to another developer. Did they use the same architect for this new building?

Amazing place, everything is available, 2 swimming pools, events hall, playground, walking track, ++ alll restaurants, pharmacy, shops, F1, carting ... and big empty parking... wooow !!! And very affordable and reasonable price 👌🏽
