I absolutely love this building! The location is very central and easy to get in and out of. There’s a supermarket, coffee shop, pharmacy, and pet store right underneath, which is super convenient. The swimming pool gets sunshine all day, and the gym is one of the largest I’ve seen in any residential building. The building is just a short walk from the park, and Dubai Hills Mall is less than a 5-minute drive away. There’s also a lovely sitting area on the first floor where family and friends can gather — indoors during the summer and outdoors during the winter. The building itself is modern and less than five years old — overall a fantastic place to live
