Worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and my experience with Airbnb was very disappointing.
The apartment is not safe for families—the balcony doors do not lock.
There were cockroaches and insects in the kitchen and bedrooms.
No basic supplies were provided: no soap, no cleaning products, and no trash bags.
The building smells very bad and the stay was unbearable.
I do NOT recommend this place at all. Rating: 0 out of 1,000,000. !! it doesn’t even deserve a single star
I have no words to explain how incredible the experience was. Wow!
Terrible
This is by far the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The owner of this building has absolutely no empathy or understanding of personal hardship. I had a death in the family and reached out explaining the situation, hoping for a refund since it was an up and coming trip, but instead was met with coldness about policy rather than empathy and help.
It’s shocking how heartless and dismissive the management is. They don’t care about people, you can see that in their reviews. After going through the reviews, I realized many others have also complained about how badly this place is run and honestly, I’m not surprised.
If you value basic respect, empathy, and humane treatment, stay away from this property. The lack of care and understanding here is unbelievable. I strongly suggest Airbnb look into how this host treats their guests.
