The team at Stella Maris are fantastic. Security staff are extremely helpful and special mention to Ateeq, Jibram, Aislan, Nittin, Lidya, Haseeb and Samuel are always there to support and make the stay as smooth as possible. This goes for the maintenance team and everyone else that keeps the place running.

One of the newest and best towers in the marina area. The location is prime, mostly skipping the traffic in and out of the marina. Take lift down and it opens on the marina, where you can walk to marina mall, supermarkets, and restaurants. The building management is top class! Very polite, and helpful, coming to assist in any way possible. They are a blessing and have made my two years in this property a great experience. I especially want to call out and thank some of the team, Jibran, Ateeq, Hasee, Samuel and Lydia. Thank you team! For making my stay perfect, and for your kindness you have all shown during my foot fracture. Stella Maris Tower is definitely the best tower in the marina!

With a great security team the building management should change the poor maintenance team who don't even understand or explain the small leakage light noise problems, also the worst experience for the HK with a bad gym pool and corridor smelling cockroach points standard the failure of the management I must say rest a dreamy 5 star building
Greatest showman by Reception and security manager Mr jibran and his staff except the receptionist African lady during my short stay at Stella Maris! He's an amazing guy who stopped me from leaving the apartment because of lady behavior with super high quality professional hospitality dealing stuff skills.
