Small lobby easily get crowded, I check in room 1506 last 18th of Dec. Room was small and upon entering I'm not feeling the vibe of a hotel the light is dim, not much entertainment in tv. The furniture's are outdated and the hanging light wires are dusty and smelly cabinets.
I’ve really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Ahmad, Shobhit and Vilma

A Perfect Family Stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre
We had a wonderful family stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with spacious rooms that are perfect for families and a comfortable, relaxed environment that makes traveling with children easy and stress-free.
A very special mention to Siya at the Front Desk — she was incredibly cooperative, always smiling, and especially warm and patient with our child. Siya made us feel welcome from day one and was always ready to help with anything we needed, which made a huge difference while traveling as a family.
The location is excellent, the amenities are well thought out for families, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. Thanks to Siya and the entire team for making our family stay so smooth and memorable. We would definitely choose Staybridge Suites again and highly recommend it to families visiting Dubai!

My stay at the Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre was exceptional, highlighted by its prime location right next to the metro and the heart of DIFC. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the room cleanliness was impeccable, making the suite feel like a true home away from home. What made the experience truly stand out, however, was the amazing staff; a special thanks to Siya at the front desk for her warm welcome and to Alden for his outstanding guest service and attention to detail.

From the first point of next day of our arrival , Siya created a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere through her courteous manner, clear communication, and impressive attention to detail. She handled my inquiry seriously. She even handled to get us extension under difficult times when the rooms are fully booked for the New Year holidays.
Additionally, She is so nice with my little once and offered them sweets and cookies every time. We had a little issue about the room which is coolers than the usual. Immediately she offered a heater for the room which changes the whole thing to make our stay exceptional.
She is amazing and I hope that the management will recognize her real value to a accommodate clients with such high level of hospitality.
