People you get what you pay for.... This apartment has no facilities but there is NOWHERE else in or around JVC that you will get a 1 bed for this price. It's clean, has security a parking bay and free parking roadside. I never use apartment gyms are they are always rubbish anyway and I barely use the pools. It is fantastic for the price - you want those things.... pay up!
