One of the standout features is the thoughtfully designed park that wraps halfway around the building, offering open space, fresh air, and a sense of community.
Another highlight is the dedicated 24/7 maintenance team—something rare to find in many other developments—which ensures that residents’ needs are promptly addressed.
While there is a Talabat cloud kitchen nearby that brings some delivery bike traffic to the surrounding street, it does not impact the building’s environment or overall comfort.
Located in the heart of Business Bay, Sol Avenue offers unbeatable connectivity, with Al Khail Road and Al Asayel Street just 30 seconds away. Overall, it’s a well-managed, well-situated residence that balances convenience, comfort, and quality living.
