It is very distrustful that brokers advertise themselves as a review. This is an arena for consumers and end users.
Furthermore, as an investor, I would never recommend Sobha. They are so bad at communication. Absolutely terrible at fixing problems they create themselves.
They got paid by me in full and took 6 months to register it on the device. In the end, they write 2 times late fines. When I complain that it's not my fault, no one will listen. You contact person, the CRM staff and the help desk all owe it to the management or to each other. It is completely hopeless.
Furthermore, they talk about their own quality, it's just advertising. Several other developers are doing better than you.
Sobha is also absolutely miserable in size. They just want to sell as much as possible and make money and place as many apartments as close to each other as possible.
Those Agents deceive you in order to make as much money as possible. So be careful if you choose this developer.

They will cling to you until you sign the contract. After that you see them anymore.
I'm not saying Sobha quality is bad (apartment still not delivered) but it's just how they completely avoid you once you sign. That's because their off plan contacts work mostly in their favour. You cancel? You're screwed! You have to see it till the end, otherwise you lose everything you paid (first installment+booking and registration fees). So yeah, all I'm saying is, ve careful. I'm personally not gonna buy anything from them again for that ghosting attitude.
