Gym Facility Review: Lack of Basic Functionality The building's gym facility is severely deficient in terms of operational functionality and basic user amenities. The issues, many of which have been reported and ignored for months, significantly detract from the user experience and raise concerns about facility management responsiveness. Operational Failures & Security Risk The most pressing issue concerns the lockers: Non-Functional Digital Locks: The digital locker system has been non-operational for over two months. This was reported to the front desk at that time, yet no effective action has been taken. This leaves personal belongings vulnerable and makes the lockers useless for security. Missing Labels: The lockers are not adequately labeled, adding confusion to the already dysfunctional system. Missing Basic Amenities The facility is lacking simple, essential items that are standard in any functional gym or changing room: Lack of Benches: There are no benches available in the changing rooms or surrounding the equipment area. This forces users to place bags and belongings on the floor, creating clutter and a tripping hazard. Bathroom Deficiencies: The showers/bathrooms lack basic utility items: No hooks behind the bathroom doors. No shelves in the showering area for soap, shampoo, and body wash. Failure to Respond The failure of the management or maintenance team to address the critical issue of the broken digital locks, despite repeated reports to the front desk over a two-month period, demonstrates a profound lack of attention and accountability to resident concerns. Call for Action These are not minor inconveniences; they are basic elements of gym safety and functionality. We require immediate action to repair the digital locks, label the lockers, and install the necessary benches, hooks, and shelves.

Sobha Creek Vista has been one of the most disappointing residential experiences. The building is poorly managed by Kaizen, easily one of the worst management companies I’ve ever dealt with. Security is almost non-existent, and the staff come across as rude and unprofessional, often busy chatting instead of maintaining order. The lobby feels like an out-of-control kindergarten. Kids are constantly running and screaming, nannies take over the seating areas all day, and the recreational spaces are cluttered with bikes, toy cars, and litter. This is nothing like the “luxury living” Sobha promises – it’s chaotic and unorganized. On top of that, Kaizen floods residents with promotional and advertising material without permission, spamming us with unwanted content instead of focusing on improving the property. If you value peace, cleanliness, and professional management, this is absolutely not the place for you.

Building claims to be pet friendly, but it is not pet friendly at all. There is nowhere to take your pet even though the building rules say otherwise. Building management will have a problem even if you take pets in the street near the building, yet children are allowed to make noise until all hours of the night in common areas (they are constantly packed with unsupervised children), leaving their litter and toys everywhere for days on end, nevermind the shoes, water bottles and anything else you can think of left in common areas continually. The building management representatives who sit at reception in the morning do not know what they are doing and are incredibly unprofessional
