I had the most beautiful stay at SLS hotel, from the warm welcome, check-in and check out process.
I requested a late checkout due to not feeling well, Sonia messaged me to see how I was enjoying my stay.
The porters and security are so helpful downstairs, with carry luggage, assisting with Ubers etc.
The restaurant Filia was absolutely beautiful, the ambiance, the spectacular view and the service.
Lounging by the pool and enjoying the snack menu was so relaxing and of course taking in the view.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was amazing, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious and varied, and the hotel's overall facilities were of a very high standard, exceeding our expectations. What impressed us the most was the service. No matter which area of the hotel we were in, the service was simply outstanding. The staff was kind, attentive, and always happy to help. We truly felt well cared for by a warm and professional team. 😊
We had an amazing stay.the apartment was very clean, smelt very nice. The housekeeping team, Alice and her colleague always came on time, and made sure all was tidy by the time we got back.The engineering team was quite sufficient, came quickly when we need help with some adjustments.
