Almost everything requires maintenance since it's a ~15-year old building, and you need to pay for maintenance out of your own pocket. Cockroaches are everywhere, including play areas and elevators (!) I have killed at least 50-70 cockroaches in 3 months despite hiring 2 different pest control companies. There is no parking space for visitors because tenants have parked their extra cars in the visitors' parking space and no one bats an eye. Some facilities are closed due to guests abusing them (jacuzzi pool) The elevators' logic system is flawed. It makes no sense, which is why it takes a very long time to go up or down. The system's algorithm or logic needs to be changed. The other problem is there are too many people sharing a single apartment despite it not being allowed, so the elevators are always being used. Swimming pool is small and cold. Bad smell (because of garbage? Mould?) is rampant in the parking area and reception lounge on the first floor despite promises for over 6 months to have it fixed. AC vents are noisy, especially at night, but they tell you you need to pay to open up a hatch for them to check it out. All pipes require replacement (that you need to pay for) Not all security staff are helpful. Above the false-ceiling there is much dirt that sometimes falls down whenever you close a door. Management are uncooperative and wish to avoid working (shaheen and time rental properties) Some tenants are impolite. Someone threw an object from their window/balcony which dented the hood of my car. It could've harmed me. The building's management then said they couldn't do anything about this. When renewing the contract, they expect you to cover major maintenance in addition to minor maintenance. Not good for a 15-year -old building

Horrible place to live, corridors stink of garbage, bathrooms start stinking of sewage when the AC is off, we see cockroaches every single day and pest control doesn’t help at all, garbage rooms are infested with them - cockroaches literally fall on your head the moment you open a garbage room door. Please avoid this place

Another example for the poor quality of this company. Always nice pictures but at the end it is very disappointing. Don’t trust them. They only want money.
