I have been living in the building for 3 years. The quality of facility is deteriorating. I have issue with AC for the year and even now the maintenance team cannot give me a solution of how to remove the bad smell from my apartment. Moreover, the swimming pool is out of service for 3 weeks and after several complaints from the resident, no one can inform us when the swimming pool can be reopened. Very disappointed with the building management and developer
The paints are falling off and someone in the south block on the ground always smoking weeds and cigarettes that spread to the corridor and people’s room through the vent
Unfortunately this building is nice only from outside but when you decide to live here you will start facing the problems

The baddest management and experience ever
I’ve been living in this community for almost four years, and I want to share the reality of what’s been happening here. When the project was new, things were well-managed. But after about two years, there was a major change in the maintenance team—and since then, getting anything fixed has become incredibly difficult and slow.
This isn’t an exaggeration. For example, there was a leak behind my washing machine. The issue was reported during the warranty period, but they clearly stalled until the warranty expired—and to this day, three years later, it still hasn’t been resolved.
There are also persistent leaks in the parking area that have been ignored for years. It took more than a year just to upgrade the security entrance system. The pool was out of service for several months. Overall, the maintenance management is completely ineffective.
The community and the residents are great, but unless the homeowners’ association takes action soon, this place will lose its appeal. People won’t want to live here if things continue like this.
To make matters worse, I once created a ticket for an issue, and it was marked as “resolved” without anyone even contacting me. That’s the level of accountability we’re dealing with.

Immeuble aux finitions moyennes, dommage car le bâtiment pourrait être joli mais trop de travaux aux alentours rendent le séjour invivable (impossible de se reposer), système incendie défaillant qui se déclenche intempestivement de jour mais surtout de nuit, amateurisme de la sécurité du bâtiment, si tant est que votre loueur est airbnb : courage pour faire valoir qu’il manque ne serait ce qu’une serviette dans le logement alors je vous laisse imaginer le reste … bref vraiment dommage car relativement bien situé mais devrait améliorer les couacs pour figurer parmi les best … à bon entendeur
Great place to live, very peaceful, quiet and respectful neighbours. The rules and regulations of the management company Deyaar are different that what I'm normally used to, however they have been helpful where they are able to. Parking space to B2 and into the building are tight, so you may have to drive slow. Security is great.
