There is no mobile signal in the building. The gate was hit by a car and still hasn’t been repaired — it remains open all the time, and anyone can enter, whether they live in the building or not. The electric car chargers don’t work, and there is no clear way to contact management. If anything breaks in the building, you’re just passed around from one person to another with no resolution. There’s absolutely no privacy or organization in the parking area — people constantly park in each other’s spots
Needs to finish toilets in the lobby and by the swimming pool. And open the second elevator. Other than that all is well!
This had to be the worst managed building in Dubai. Do not buy here, do not rent here, do not take an airbnb here.
The lift is the worst in dubai, and parking exit is too narrow
None of the elevators work properly and the management does not care about the building
