Good place
Mass
Location: perfect, it’s accessible from everywhere, far from traffic. Quiet and cozy on a higher hill.
Townhouse: spacious comparing with other town houses in other communities. Stood stiddy at the rain & flood time. Unique elegant design.
Services: since I moved in, facilities management are very responsive, quick and efficient.
Facilities: three swimming pools, kids play area, spacious green area, paddle court. Gated community. Security.
I love that Union Corp is there for all groceries needs. Also Subway, Salons. There is a plan to have mosque too. And cars shades.
Didn’t like the delay in handing over, however, after receiving the unit I was relieved.
Nice community, lots more upcoming projects
Awful place to live. Noisy, no parking, over zealous security, smells through AC, dog mess and rubbish in all outside areas, swimming pool doesn’t work for months, no greenery, badly behaved children in communal areas, faulty AC and damp.
