Living here for nearly a year now the tree infront of our apartment is blocking our beautiful view the sea and Burj Al Arab which we rented this apartment for its view and the tree was trimmed before we rented it beside we r getting lots of flies and ants. We have been talking & sending whatsapp messages to everyone involved for 4 months now, and they keep promising, with no action, and I am getting so stressed dont know what to do.
The truth is that to this moment, more than 36 days have passed since I left the hotel, I am still fighting to regain my rights. I was informed that the deposit amount would be returned within a maximum of 7 days, but it did not happen. I find it difficult to communicate with them. My life was damaged as I borrowed the amount from a friend for the purpose of it being insurance only and I will return it to him within a week. I am in a very bad situation now. I contacted the administration several times but to no avail.

I have not visited the property yet, was planned to go there in 2 weeks, unfortunately the Middle East tension is happening now with fire and dying people and no guarantee if we go that we will be able to come back, not even safe, flights are being cancelled and delayed, so stressful, on top of that a fire in one of the skyscrapers… I called to request cancellation with refund due to safety reasons and they are adamant that I should come cause it is safe… REALLY… should I believe them or the Australian government warning and putting UAE on high caution travel advisory… BACK AND FORTH messages on chat… answer is NO REFUND.. and I should take responsibility of the safety issue and cancellation… I would never go there and will fight for my right. The lady on the phone told me we don’t have insurance to cover that and because the region has wars all the time they make sure the accomodation is non refundable… come on!
It is so sad that a big company like that treat clients like that… I could cancel my other hotel in Saudi Arabia in 10 min… but this resort sadly DOES NOT CARE
I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist at reception Name is Yam. Instead of being helpful and professional, he acted in an overbearing manner, as if he were in charge, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s crucial for front desk staff to provide courteous and efficient service, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet those expectations. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future. When I ask him can I speak your manager or supervisor He said I am the manager and supervisor. I don’t think building management gave so stuff position to one person.
Worst experience..staffs are not helpful not recommended
