Чистый билдинг, несколько этажей парковки. На крыше есть бассейн и небольшой тренажерный зал. Насекомых не замечено, ни в квартире, ни в подъезде. В билдинге есть 2 продуктовых маркета. Странным показалась планировка 2 бэдрум, отдельная кухня с урезанным окном. За окном стройка, шумно, но это Дубай детка, стройка не прекращается, тем более в jvc. Относительно шумоизоляции, слышно соседей в гостиной, довольно ощутимо.
Dust never ending in this building
You leave your car 2 day in the parking it’s like it has been here of 1 year
AC not well working: too much wind but not cold
Incompetent staff who can’t fix any problem.
For the 2 beds apartments there is AC control only in one bedroom so it’s more consumption as both beds AC will be on
That’s unfortunate because the size of apartments is good
Nice area
Nice place for a stay … located close to Jumeirah Circle , has plenty of public parks all around … nice walking & jogging tracks . A small supermarket at the ground floor , well maintained building , nice gym and swimming pool in the terrace . A mix of community residents from diverse countries…. Nice peaceful stay 🙏🏽
