Terrible service! Not acceptable for a 5-star hotel, especially in Dubai. The table remained uncleaned and was full of used tissues, empty plates, and glasses. I am very disappointed with the service. When we asked them to bring the food all at once, they started serving it step by step, even though I had clearly requested it all together. The staff stayed around the table the whole time, just hanging around and laughing among themselves, without even asking if we needed anything else or simply cleaning the table. The food itself was not bad overall, but the poor service completely ruined the experience.
Had business lunch, although not the first time, it's an out of the place experience be it the service, food, staff, the ambience and the view all was amazing. Definitely a place to go again.
We've come multiple times to this restaurant and we always loved the food and the vibe there. It's a must-do for tourists/visitors with the beautiful views. If you cannot get the outside table by chance, there are multiple bars below or above the restaurant with beautiful views. It's an amazing experience whatsoever. Carbonara is to die for :)
This is one of the best experience in Dubai. I have enjoyed the food and the ambience was surreal. One of the best place to have Italian cuisine. Tried the passion fruit cocktail, truffle pasta and it was too good.

Always love going to Filia but this time it was extra great. It was not too busy so we had a great table with the view. Service from Stephen was extra attentive with great recommendations on food and drinks. 100% recommend for a special night with visitors in Dubai
