One of the best locations in Motor City just at the beginning. Easy access and great building to stay at.
I have been here for the past few months, and the building is very well maintained. The apartments are very spacious, and the value for money is great. The location stands out for me as it’s very convenient near Hessa Street and E311. Also walking distance from Lulu and restaurants in Motor City which is great for evenings and weekends
BEWARE of disgusting mold and strong sewage smell coming in the apartment through the AC and they haven't been able to find the issue or fix it!!! A lot of drain pipe leakage issues in this building
Amazing location in Motor City near all amenities. New, modern building. Great place to live.
Since they have decided to sell the building it became like hell!
No maintenance at all
The parking gate is not working for almost 8 months
Every month there is leaking on the bathroom
And some of the security team are weird and disrespectful to the guest
No wonder why the sell price is low !

The Rabdan Building is a fantastic addition to Motor City. The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and offer excellent value compared to many other projects in Dubai. The building feels modern, clean, and very well maintained.
The location is highly convenient — close to Hessa Street, shops, and schools — yet it still keeps a strong community feel. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into both the design and the overall quality.
A highly recommended development at a favorable price per sq. ft. for anyone considering living or investing in Motor City.
There always seems to be an issue, if it’s not a leak, it’s the fire alarms going off weekly or another AC problem. Unfortunately, the day security team are not competent; even simple jobs are left undone. It’s clear the units are selling cheaply for a reason.
I have lived in Rabdan for over 2 years going into my third and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The apartments are modern and very good value for money. The security staff are so friendly and helpful, we always stop for a little chat with them and they help us with anything we need. The location is excellent, we often go for a walk into Motor City and there’s great access to the main road. Motor city has great restaurants, shops, hospitals, supermarkets etc it’s extremely convenient. I’m sure we’ll be staying in the building for the foreseeable as it’s a great place to live.
