The building looks good at first glance, but the quality is lacking in the details. The location is great, with a park nearby, a few supermarkets, and the affordable Katrina coffee shop. It’s also pedestrian-friendly, and the pool area and BBQ zone are nice additions. However, the appliances are extremely cheap, with some unknown brands already rusting and feeling flimsy, from showerheads to kitchen appliances. Fire alarms go off daily, sometimes even at night, which can be annoying. If your unit faces the road, expect a thick layer of dust on the balcony every few days, much worse than in other parts of Dubai. The doors are thin, so you can hear people talking in the common areas. The overall finishing is poor, and while the building is positioned as a premium development, it doesn’t live up to that standard. It’s clear in every detail when you look closely, making it hard to justify the price. Three stars.

Bad management. No parking for delivery vehicles. Now a days every thing coming through delivery. Then how they deliver

Very big building you have made and too many apartments also have too much big parking🤔, But unfortunately no have a single one parking for delivery vehicles if you can't cooperate with delivery vehicles then your tenants don't order online. 🫣
