It used to be such a nice building. But they got a new management and the new staff is terrible. It takes them a week to reply messages, the security team never even looks at you, never mind helping opening doors. But the key issue is MOLD. We were told we are the only once, but we found many neighbours with this issue. And they do not resolve it. I can not sleep in the bedroom…it is bad.
The security of the building doesn't no how to respect and how to work professionally you need to teach them how to respect someone
I lived at Priva Living from May 2024 - May 2025 & the pleasure was all mine. The building is spotless, maintenance comes within a matter of minutes, and the whole team are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are new, stylish, spacious and quiet. I’ll really miss Priva & how easy my rental was made to be. It really was a home. Thank you Lynn, Albert and all the team for looking after me so well! 💞
I have stayed at PRIVÀ Living for 2 years in their lovely 2-bedroom unit which is fully furnished.
The property is truly one of a kind - modern and bright. It's a lovely community to be apart of as it has all the essentials in close proximity to kick start your journey in Dubai (hospital, supermarket etc.) The building has 24hr security team, lovely pool and fully equipped gym and also the maintenance team onsite can assist you with even the smallest issues.
I Highly recommend it should you be looking for your next home away from home :) Special thanks to Lynn Walker for her lovely support throughout my tenancy.

Privà Living is a great place to live in Arjan. The building has a really good construction and it is well decorated.

Just finished a year's contract here and renewed for a second. The building is super clean and extremely well serviced - thanks to the management team and Sohail for being amazing and well responsive to every request.
The interior is well kept and is well thought of, which i loved - you rarely find nicely furnished apartments in Dubai.
The only major issue is that the flats are not that well sound proofed and there is a really loud and unbearable construction noises coming from the building in front of it.
Otherwise, the team are doing a great job at making sure every tenant is happy here and i cant wait to spend another year here.
