Prime Residency 3 offers a refined living experience in Furjan, featuring stylish interiors, modern finishes, and well-planned layouts. The apartments feel spacious and elegant, complemented by excellent professional management, and a calm, family-friendly environment. Highly recommended.
Great building
Wow, five fire alarms in 1.5 hours, or was it six? It's not necessary at all, I'm already awake. Terrible building. Whoever installed the fire alarm system here really has no idea what they're doing. And neither do the people who check and test it. And again and again while writing this.
The security staff at Prime Residency 3 are truly rude to women. They don't greet them and use hand signals to pressure them into doing something. I'm not a dog. What kind of behavior is that?
You often see the staff smoking in the garage instead of cleaning.
And I pay so much money. I came to Dubai to avoid seeing this kind of behavior, but yes, times are changing.
Amazing amenities, supportive stuff, great apartments
Great building! Clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is responsive and the facilities are always in good condition. Really happy living here!
Peace be upon you. I came to Dubai with Marty and my kids to this residence, and I just want to say that I really liked it because the apartment itself is very spacious, and the area is beautiful and feels very safe. Another thing my family and I loved is that there’s a supermarket nearby, so it’s not far at all. At the same time, we’ve been using Uber and public transport — buses, minibuses, everything is easy to reach. Lastly, I just want to say: come here, it’s a really nice place, very safe, and honestly, the people are great. 😊
Brilliant building
Dubai is a beautiful city, and thanks to the strategic location of this house I was able to experience it at its best. Moreover, the house is very comfortable and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday.
