I am absolutely shocked by the continued disregard for the UAE’s anti-discriminatory laws and even more appalled that RERA and the respective authorities allow landlords to treat potential tenants as second-class citizens. Having lived in Dubai for 26 years, in well-established communities such as Meydan, Mirdif, and Downtown, I thought I had finally found the perfect apartment in Pine Residence, Warsan 4—until, at the last moment before signing the security deposit, the landlord refused my application, stating "no men—only families." He later mentioned that single women were allowed. This raises serious concerns: Are single individuals now being punished in the UAE's rental market? I have always lived in mixed communities, maintained stunning interiors, and been a responsible, quiet tenant—yet I am being excluded based on my marital status? And let’s not ignore the well-known nationality bias hidden behind document requests in the Dubai rental market. This is shameful, gross, and an outright violation of RERA's regulations. Discriminatory practices like these should not be tolerated in a city that prides itself on being a global hub. And if you’re considering Warsan 4, here’s a key fact: the area’s central “attraction” is a massive sewage treatment plant. Ask your agent. Ask your landlord. This entire district is built around it, which might explain the type of landlords it attracts. Moral of the story? Dubai deserves better. Renters (YOU) deserve better. And it’s time authorities take action.

New building but materials used to built was weak. Not sound proof and we can hear neighbors all the time. One neighbor always having party during the weekend and the noise from his mates were bad and disturbing other people in the building. Management should take a look at this matter.
