One of One Luxury Residences in Dubai offers an exceptional living experience. The building is beautifully designed, very well maintained, and truly reflects a high luxury standard. The common areas are always clean, calm, and elegant, and the overall atmosphere of the residence feels exclusive, safe, and comfortable. The management does a great job in keeping everything organized and running smoothly, which makes daily living very pleasant. I would also like to especially mention sir Madushantha for his excellent cleaning service. He did an outstanding job cleaning the apartment with great attention to detail. Everything was left perfectly clean, fresh, and well organized. He is very professional, polite, and punctual, and it is clear that he takes pride in delivering high quality work.

Amazing location, amenities, and team. I truly enjoy every part of the residence—from the gym and pool to the business center—on a daily basis. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, the spa team, and the gym coach and his team for consistently maintaining an excellent environment. The business center team, especially Nadeera and Mahesh, are always welcoming and extremely helpful. Many thanks as well to the reception and delivery teams for making everyday life so convenient. Finally, a special thank you to Mary for helping us find a home that perfectly fits our needs. This residence truly makes daily living enjoyable.

Dear Reception Team, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the continuous help and support I receive every day in the building. Starting with Nadeera from the business center, who is always patient, professional, and extremely helpful with anything related to the business center. I truly appreciate how attentive he is, and how he always finds a solution quickly. A big thank you to Ahamed at the pizzeria for always providing great service and making me feel comfortable every time I pass by. Also, I want to share a special appreciation for Shakthi, Supervisor Ushan, and Housekeeping Manager Manjula. They always take great care of me, they are responsible, always on time, and everything is always perfectly clean. I really appreciate their patience and dedication. Overall, I am very happy to be living in this building. The service that everyone provides truly makes a difference. I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of the security personnel at Careful Supermarket, named Eric. I have visited this building multiple times and am familiar with the usual parking process, where the gate automatically opens for 20 minutes of free parking for customers. However, on my recent visit, I encountered unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. When I approached the gate, it did not open automatically, so I waited for the security staff. Eric immediately approached me in a very bossy manner, pointing at me and insisting that the gate was not automated and that I needed to “ask first.” Despite me calmly explaining that this was not my first visit and that I was aware of the usual process, he continued to repeat himself in an impolite and unprofessional manner. I even politely requested him to open the gate so I could enter, but he refused for several minutes and said, “DON’T COMMAND ME.” His behavior was intimidating, unnecessary, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a professional role. As a woman and a regular visitor, I expect to be treated with respect. A security guard should be disciplined, professional, and aware of regular customers or visitors. Eric’s lack of courtesy, sense of professionalism, and basic training is concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment. I strongly urge the management to address this issue and ensure that all security staff are properly trained in professionalism, respect, and customer interaction. Regards, Naro.

It is one of the well maintained residences. We are Happy here. However it is bit costly! I would really appreciate the neatness and enthusiasm of the working community. I appreciate Parami who is looking after the wellness center, Mr Ahmed in the canteen and the Business centre managers. The front office is very cooperative. Thank you all.

I had a shocking and extremely unprofessional experience at One of One Luxury Residences on 28 November 2025 at around 3:23 PM. When I went to the concierge for a collection, I presented my Emirates ID to the representative who, unbelievably, was smoking right at the concierge desk. When I asked him about the collection, he didn’t even bother to speak—he just kept signaling with his hand in a rude manner. When I asked him clearly what he meant, he suddenly became aggressive and started raising his voice, which is completely unacceptable in any professional environment. What made it even worse was finding out from the receptionist that this person was actually the manager. A manager behaving like this is shocking and reflects very poorly on the property. To top it off, he told me that I can complain “wherever I want” and that no one can take action against him because he’s the manager. This level of arrogance and disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the senior management takes this matter seriously. A person with such behaviour should not be representing a luxury residence, let alone serving as a manager.P
