I absolutely love living in this building. The overall quality and standards are truly exceptional, it’s hard to find anything that matches it in Dubai. The security team is excellent and the experience has been amazing so far. If I had to point out a couple of downsides, the parking occasionally has leaks and the gym could benefit from a few key pieces of equipment, like a squat rack. Rent is definitely on the higher side, but the comfort and quality of life make it worth it.
