Been living here since a year now, the building is very clean and tidy, management is super friendly and the location is perfect close to the entrance and exit of jvc

Good living space but there is a massive problem of very small ant infestation, living within the wall. Cockroaches come and go. I wouldn't buy anything here until it is solved, as even without this the property isn't in a good shape and the management doesn't do anything about trash let in the corridor (thus attracting pest). The automatic door for the parking works once on five times - so much time lost... It did the job for a year but very happy to be gone!
