Nice to have a padel court, however it would be appreciated if the Danube manager, who doesn't live here, do not book every nigth from 7 to 10 to leave some space to tenants.

I bit noisy from Autodrome and E311, but bearable. Building management is among the worst, hard ti get in touch with if you have any issue with your apartment. Also lift system is weird and can be slow sometimes. But overall, good value for money
