Title: Security supervisor and Service Concerns I stayed at Millennium Executive ...Apartments for two years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The building's security and management are a major issue. During my stay, my apartment was broken into, and when I reported it to security, they refused to take any responsibility. None of the building's cameras seemed to work, making it impossible to provide evidence to the police Parking is a nightmare. There's a note in the parking area warning you that you park your car at your own risk, and they do not take responsibility for it. The lack of surveillance and security in the parking area is concerning. Maintenance requests are another headache. The building management rarely accepts any repair requests, and the maintenance costs for an older building are exorbitant. Communication with the management is practically nonexistent. They don't respond to calls, even for emergencies like ceiling leaks. Furthermore, the parking situation is chaotic since anyone can park there without oversight. . Considering the high rent compared to .neighboring apartments and the lack of services, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation. Millennium Executive Apartments falls short in terms of security, maintenance, and overall value for money.
