Super rude, no professional approach simple to take out your old furniture from your home to your other apartment they don’t allow asking moving out request while you are not moving out, you are staying in the apartment, you only take out your old furniture to the other apartment, they say in order to allow you it will take 3 working days. Super complicated everything, can’t wait when u will finish everything with them.
Worst experience ever after being in the UAE for 24 years this has been a waste of money so don’t even think of moving in. The maintenance have no clue what they are doing, I am 9 months in and they have no solution for the leakage inside the master bedroom toilet. Not that only, bugs in the toilet as well that constantly appear even after cleaning. And it’s definitely not a quiet building at all, construction, dogs barking and neighbors disturbances. These pictures are just a few of an album I have. And management team won’t even respond to you or help so save your money and time!!!!
