A beautiful building but it's the management team that let's it down. Similar to what has been written previously, there are light switches that haven't worked since the day I moved in. (6 months now) and the team are trying to charge tenants to fix them??? They are refusing to fix things that were never constructed properly in the first place. They definitely cut corners when building this place. I've had 2 serious leaks already. My advice is to be more proactive and more responsive. I will give you the benefit of the doubt because you are new and need some time to adjust. All I will say is fix all the broken lights free of charge.
