MAG City

1 star is too much for this community. Garbage everywhere. Building materials (!) everywhere. It stinks everywhere. Houses have a bad isolation. You can’t sleep without AC even in the middle of winter. And the best: waiting for 2 years for amenities and still not ready. No pool, no gym, nothing.

This is one of the most horrible experiences I had in Dubai. There are ZERO amenities still, no pool and no gym even though they promised they would deliver early this year. Construction noise is HELL, I never managed to sleep properly. The WHOLE building is shaking like an earthquake from the construction. The apartments are so small and the balconies big but full of dust, impossible to sit outside with the dust and noise. The parking is outside and our cars are damaged from overheating and dust. Today the whole electricity shut down with no notice. Additionally there is no security and anyone can enter the building, I don’t feel safe here. One day a drunk guy enter the elevator that was not a resident even because there was no security to stop him. Stay away from MAG!!

I regret Renting in Mag Feb 2025 , I will definitely leave Jan 2026 when my contract ends, reasons as follow : Horrible construction noise , huge construction in front of the buildings. Noise of Neighbors pressing horns so that the security guard come outside to open the parking access all over day & nights. No pool , no gym , no supermarkets or dry clean , no pharmacy. Only one entrance& exist to the community leading to morning traffic.
