Amazing location, in front of the mall, but quiet at the same time, as it is not on the main road. Chiller free building. Spacious apartments. Great view to the greenery of semmer villas.

I had a problem with noise, inside building machinery and outside mosque and construction. Corridor lights are by stupid motion sensors. Other than that, no complaints.
