This was the worst stay I have ever experienced, and the most disappointing part is that it happened during my honeymoon. I stayed for 5 days and 3 nights without air conditioning, in extreme heat, and despite informing them several times, there was no real response or proper follow-up. Some of my messages were completely ignored, and their communication was slow and unprofessional. When they finally sent maintenance staff, I was asked to stay with them and wait for long periods to personally confirm whether the AC was working. Instead of enjoying my stay, I ended up being responsible for supervising their maintenance. Despite all this inconvenience and the terrible service, no proper compensation was offered for the nights I spent without AC, which shows a clear lack of respect for guests’ comfort. The service was poor, the attention to guests was nonexistent, and the entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I will never stay with them again, and I do not recommend this place to anyone

We are buying apartments worth millions of dirhams and paying thousands in service charges — yet the level of service is absolutely unacceptable. We were slightly late with the service charge payment, and they immediately blocked us. After fully settling all pending amounts, I have been calling them for three days, asking to remove the block so that we can proceed with Ejari registration. Every time they just say: “Yes, yes, it’s done, please wait, you’ll be unblocked soon.” But nothing happens. Finally, I went to their office in person, and they told me that I must pay an additional AED 147 in ‘legal fees’ to remove the block — otherwise they won’t do it. This is after three days of constant calls, follow-ups, and promises! Customer service is absolutely zero. You can spend millions buying property and pay thousands in service fees — and still get no service at all. No one knows anything, everyone just passes you from one person to another, and nobody cares. They don’t care that our furniture is standing outside, that we cannot move into the apartment — complete indifference. You pay your bills, and then you have to run after them and beg just to be unblocked.

The best building in Dubai hands down. We had the privilege of staying there for an extended period of time. The gym, pool and beach access are amazing. The only thing better is the location, it's unbelievable, right next to the Five and Rixos! You're in prime time Marina, JBR. Nightlife, restaurants, bars are all in walking distance. A real beauty of a place

Beach front with private beach area with loungers Beautiful pool with loungers Staff very friendly and helpful Just on the downside...had a long stay(14 days)....would have appreciated a cleaning service....no spare linen to be able change bedding Besides that...a pleasant stay
