Dubai holdings management is very disappointing. Great location and decent quality apartments but terrible leadership at the property management side. The fire alarm software has been malfunctioning since we moved in and is going off regularly at random times of the day and night waking up our young daughter from naps and sleeps. The building managers are trying their best but clearly leadership at the company is not taking this software issue seriously despite many official complaints. The fact that they don’t take care of fire alarm systems is very concerning. Honestly I think it is extremely disappointing to see a big company treat its residents with such lack of care. Classic corporate malfunction.

Very unprofessional security management in Jadeel 3. In my 10 years of experience in holiday homes and real estate, I have never seen such negative and disrespectful behavior from security staff. They act as if they are the owners of the building and show no understanding of professional business operations. My team and I were treated poorly, with no respect or cooperation, and were even stopped unnecessarily at reception. If they can treat business partners this way, I can only imagine how they would behave with guests. This type of bad attitude creates a very negative environment for any investor, company, or holiday home operator. I strongly warn all investors and companies to be careful in dealing with this property. The management needs to take serious action to improve the security staff’s training and professionalism. This is a serious warning to all investors, holiday home operators, and companies: do not trust Jadeel 3. The lack of professionalism and respect here is beyond anything I’ve seen in this industry. Strong action is needed immediately, otherwise this building will lose credibility with serious investors and businesses.
