WOULDN’T recommend anyone living here.
The management wont reply calls or emails. There’s a constant alarm ringing in my floor from
7am to 9am (so far) and nobody will do anything about it. Security is clueless. No need to say traffic is terrible particularly here and there’s a construction in front that wont stop working until lat, including weekends.
If you are reading this DO NOT MOVE HERE. Wish we knew before hand.
We are having a lot of issues at the apartament (leaking, no gym and others) and and Rocky property dont answer anymore after renting.
Imperial Tower under Rocky Real Estate, is unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The building quality is far below the value of the rent – including unresolved sewer smells that made a full bathroom unusable.
Despite raising several complaints throughout the year, nothing was properly addressed. Upon vacating, I was unfairly asked to pay for maintenance that was contractually the landlord’s responsibility, and my security deposit has not been returned.
I strongly advise future tenants to be cautious and thoroughly review their tenancy contract. My experience reflects poor maintenance standards and a lack of accountability.

A budget-friendly building near Circle Mall with some very huge apartments.
The only concerns people have are that there is no gym and the management is bit hard to deal with.
New building with good quality
