Worst managemant company (universal community llc) thats occupying this building and some ladies at the reception not courteous. owners in the building are tired of the policies of this managemant and would have to replace them with a new managemant Inshaallah .Also they are equally rude to most and apply zero logic to each situation. Our apartment access has been blocked for days. We have called Dubai Police already and resorted to make a criminal complaint against them to protect our right as owners. We decided the laws of Dubai are only way to seek justice with this company.
I have been living in Hera Tower for almost 3 years. It has a very warm and pleasant environment. The management is good, caring, and always there. As soon as something breaks in my unit and needs repair, they fix it on the same day I announce it, within 2 hours at most. Even when a light bulb burns out, a new one is immediately replaced. I rented my apartment furnished and I feel comfortable. 🙏🏻😊 Thank you to the Hera team.
