لكن مضيف غرفة رقم ٢٧٠٩ سيئة اخبرني انه يجب ان اخرج الان وسبب لنا ازعاج ،،، وانه يوجد مستاجر جديد وعند نزولي اكتشتفت لايوجد شخص واضطررت ان احجز عن بوكينج من جديد او اعطيه كاش
I love living in this building. It’s good quality and has great gym & pool. The location is perfect, close to downtown and has a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The community here is very nice. There are regular events that make it feel really welcoming and social.
Receiving a fine of 1,050 AED for cooking a steak (without smoke, just because the detection system in this building is ridiculous).
It’s unjustified as security saw everything was working.
It's the only building in the community that automatically reports to Sobha Management even if there's nothing wrong...
(Security made it clear that this was due to Google reviews).
The alarm goes off several times a day, but apparently cooking a steak is a high risk.
If you like to cook, choose another building…

Maintenance is very bad, fire alarm goes off all the time without reason, overpriced, gym is very small and always crowded.
Great building, very high quality finishing and great management. Also in nice location with some nice cafes, shops, grocery store and restaurants downstairs.
Great building, exceptional quality. Gym is very big, and pool is also nice. Can’t wait for the lagoon to be built.
Only downside is there is a lot of air bnbs- and short term rentals, but I think they slowly leaving as community builds up.
