Be aware of apartment 507. It has water damage and bad smell in Master bedroom, Emaar won’t fix it and the landlord do not care. Furthermore the landlord will steal your security deposit even thought you fully painted and repaired it(unless you decide to spend time and money on lawyers). Just a warning to however that might be interested in that apartment. Had it for 12 months, lived there 4 months max. There are other problems there as well, won’t mention those here. Better stay away.
Construction site in your “backyard”. They work 20-22 hours out of 24 hours, every 7 days in the week. There is only silent from 03.30 - 05.50 AM. Trucks reversing and lifts beeping, like having tinitus or just an alarm clock you cannot turn off - noise level of up to 115 decibels , which is insane. Even had the doors soundproofed, but it’s still the worst possible thing to live in.
People are moving out after about a month of this nightmare and we will do the same now.
The building is of so bad quality there is constant water damages everywhere, the nice staff that used to be here are gone, strong sour garlic like smell from the AC, drilling and hammering for months everyday, 6-8 hours a day.
Emaar just send you the same dumb auto reply emails and never sort anything. The management for this building is just useless.

The building is leaking and it’s never fixed properly. Several times from the ceiling. Now a big spot in the wall is growing and it smells! This building is of so bad overall quality!
Furthermore you will have their people running in and out of your apartment, not being able to fix anything and you have them hanging outside your bedroom for weeks! Not to mention the change of contractors on the construction site! So you need to go there every month to teach them about rules and manners.

If you do not have an alarm clock, then live here! It’s like a constant alarm clock that cannot be turned off. Picture is from 02.00 AM and 4AM they work 24/7 now. Honking in the middle of the night with trucks,
hammering and lightning up your apartment.
Lived here since the building opened and love the apartment (2 bed on 8th floor). Thankfully never had any issues and find the overall building well maintained and clean! The rooftop pool and gym are amazing and I’m always able to get a lounger on the weekend!
Location is great, only a 5 min walk to the golf club house or driving range facilities! Coffee shop downstairs is great and nice to work from. Handy convenience store and pharmacy too.
I love this building, it has everything you need, ❤️
The construction is good because now the rent is lower than what you should pay,
Also we have everything just a minute around.
