Bad experiencie, fake DLD Promotion. Almost one year of delay in construction

Do Not Buy from This Developer – A Regretful Experience I strongly advise against purchasing from this developer. My experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. From the beginning, there were numerous red flags that, in hindsight, I wish I had paid more attention to. The developer made big promises that were not fulfilled—delays in construction, poor communication, and a lack of accountability were just the beginning. The quality of the build was far below what was advertised. Corners were clearly cut, materials were cheap, and essential details were overlooked. What’s worse, several other buyers in the same project have had similar issues. Delays in handover, incomplete units, legal complications, and endless excuses seem to be part of a larger pattern. If you’re considering buying a home or investing with this developer, I urge you to think twice. There are better, more transparent, and more reliable companies out there. Don’t risk your hard-earned money or peace of mind. Damac is a disappointment !!! Do not buy from DAMAC
