I am their tenant since 4 years, this year it was the worst, bad management and bad team behavior as I wanted to share my bad experience with all, They follow their own rules to increase the rent they never follow RERA index which everyone is following, they didt accept the calculation made by RERA index, I had to reach the Rent Dispute Centre.
And because I didn’t agree and accept their terms, they had disconnected the AC service in my apartment and they kept me and my family and two kids for one week in the hottest month of the year in July without AC, and imagine how bad the situation we had, we asked them many times to connect it but always ignoring our request, saying that We don’t know why the AC is not working, and I had to reach and call the police an to report the case
Another issue, they had disconnected the water supply to my apartment for one day also I had reached Dubai police and reported the case. all of this happened to enforce me to renew the contract with the value they asked for, having kids and staying with out AC and water in the month of July I had no choice but to renew and I did, the moment I gave them the chqs, in one hour they have reconnected the services.
Because of this I had to reach Dubai court and I filled a case against them, with Dubai courts we are all equal and all under law, I won the case I renewed the contract with same value with zero rate increase and was compensated, I would like to thank Dubai courts and RDC the place where I advise everyone to reach and to ask for advise for any issue related to rents.
by the way every statement i have mentioned is supported by legal document.
since i am not able to add another review, i had to edit the old one. i am facing and issue with them regarding the service and maintenance in side the apartment, for the last years i had never paid any fills as maintenance cost. i recently send a maintenance request on their APP to fix the ACs in my room which is due to thermostat issue they came and asked for 200 AED as service fees which i didnt pay, they said that all the service and maintenance in the apartment is under the tenant cost which i did t sign any document or agreement stating the same they are ignoring my emails, my calls they are unprofessional, as per RERA and article 16 unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the landlord will during the term of the lease contract be responsible for the real property maintenance works and repairing any defect or damage that may affect the tenant's intended use of the real property.
i have shared the same with them but simply they ignored it.
they have their own rules and dont respect of follow RERA regulations.
Lived here for 5 years and counting. Excellent maintenance and flexible management. Jassir Ali gets an honourable mention, great felicitator and patient. Parking for visitors is a nightmare though , not enough RTA parking around the building, no overflow parking as well. But overall great building.
Lived there for 5 years, staff and management were super helpful and friendly,they have 24/7 security,place is super clean and maintenance team are there around the clock.
Honestly, living in Geepas has been such a great experience, and a huge part of that is because of the amazing management team. They’re genuinely incredible. Whenever we need something, they get it done so fast that half the time we don’t even realize when it happened. We ask for something, and literally the next minute it’s sorted. It just makes life so much easier.
I really want to give a special shout out to Jasseer. He has been amazing since day one. Super helpful, super responsive, and always there to make things easy for us. We honestly appreciate him so much.
And Abdul deserves a big mention too. He’s always ready to help, always kind, and always gets things done without any hassle.
Overall, the management and staff here at Geepas are just fantastic. They care, they work efficiently, and they make living here comfortable and stress free,truly grateful.
Building is great. Maintenance and building management is excellent. Only two issues resulting in 4 star. The first is lack of parking the second is residents who cannot keep their children under control. Screaming and riding scooters in the passages is an absolute nightmare, no respect for other tenants in the building.
Security not good.The security behavior is completely wrong.

I stayed at this property for over three years, and if not for relocating from Dubai, I would still be living there. The building is well-maintained, and the support staff and management have always been amazing-professional, responsive, and kind. The apartments are spacious and well cared for, making it truly feel like home. Highly recommended.
